Your Wedding at
Not one wedding at Thurning Hall has ever been the same as the next.
We love pleasant surprises and innovative ideas.
Thurning Hall’s beautiful Drawing Room is licensed for marriage and civil partnerships. The room sits 50 guests comfortably (no more than 50 guests are permitted in the rooms).
Of course, you’re not limited to a small wedding at Thurning Hall, larger parties may like to consider a ‘duo ceremony’ where a chosen part of the grounds can be used as the setting for part of your wedding. The signing of the register and legalities of the marriage/partnership must take place within the House licensed for the solemnisation of marriage with the maximum of 6 witnesses.
If the glorious English weather does not allow a garden setting then the celebration part can take place within your chosen marquee which would be set in a part of the gardens most suited to your needs; keeping the magic alive so no one would ever know!
If you have dreams of a secret woodland wedding, a marriage beside a lake, or a pretty garden wedding, talk to us, we will do everything we can to create your perfect setting, while making sure all runs within our guidelines.
